The Role
- Advise clients on wills, estate planning, trusts and succession strategies.
- Manage estate administration matters from start to finish, including probate applications.
- Provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families on wealth structuring and asset protection.
- Work closely with colleagues across dispute resolution and commercial teams where matters intersect.
- Manage your own files with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
About You
- Minimum 3+ years PAE with a strong focus on wills, estates and trusts.
- Experience in estate planning and administration matters.
- Strong drafting, communication and client management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable and capable of managing matters independently.
- A team-oriented approach with a commitment to client service.
