The Role
- Advise SME clients, business owners and private groups on tax issues including structuring, transactions, succession and asset protection.
- Work collaboratively with commercial, private client and disputes teams to deliver integrated, commercially pragmatic solutions.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to the development of a growing tax and advisory practice.
About You
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ PAE in tax, with experience advising private clients, SMEs or closely held businesses.
- You will bring strong technical capability, commercial judgment and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex tax issues.
- You will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
