- Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including private and public M&A, corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and public disclosure materials, contributing to the delivery of commercially focused advice.
- Work closely with partners and colleagues nationally, including collaboration with interstate corporate teams on complex matters.
- You will ideally have 2–3 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience working on and executing corporate transactions in a private practice environment.
- You will bring strong drafting, analytical, research and communication skills, with a commitment to client service and relationship building.
- You will be commercially curious, collaborative and open to adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools.
- Exposure to complex, high-profile transactions across energy & resources, agribusiness and technology sectors.
- Hands-on supervision and support within a nationally integrated, high-performing M&A team.
