The Role
- Advising on personal and business succession planning, including trust law, probate, estate administration and family provision matters.
- Working with a diverse client base, including high net wealth individuals, business owners, farming families and charitable foundations.
- Assisting with complex estate litigation matters and providing advice on statutory interpretation issues across estate, guardianship and trust law.
About You
- You will ideally have a minimum of six years’ post?admission experience with a strong interest in succession law.
- You bring excellent technical, drafting and advocacy skills, along with strong communication abilities and a commercial, client?focused approach.
- You are comfortable working autonomously while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
