The Role
- Deliver end?to?end legal assistance across multiple areas of law, including complex and novel matters, negotiations, ADR and court representation.
- Manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy while supervising junior solicitors, support staff and volunteers.
- Contribute to community legal education, law reform activities, projects and the development of effective legal practice processes.
About You
- You will ideally hold an unrestricted Western Australian practising certificate with approximately five to seven years’ post?admission experience across varied practice areas, including Family and Domestic Violence.
- You bring strong court experience, sound professional judgment and the ability to manage matters independently under pressure.
- You have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated capacity to work sensitively with diverse and disadvantaged clients, including Aboriginal and CaLD communities.
