The Role

Advise clients across all stages of the property transaction lifecycle, with a particular focus on retirement village matters and other complex property projects.

Work collaboratively with senior practitioners on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.

Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients impacted by ongoing property law and legislative changes.
About You

You will ideally have a minimum of four years’ post-admission experience and strong knowledge of Western Australian property law across transactions, leasing, development and settlements.

You bring confident client-facing communication skills, including the ability to present advice clearly to clients and other legal professionals.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer who enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong focus on client outcomes.
