An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join a well-regarded and growing legal practice, supporting Property & Commercial and Wills & Estates matters. This is a varied role offering broad exposure across multiple practice areas within a collaborative and professionally rewarding environment.

The Role
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors, including document preparation, client liaison, diary management, and file administration.
- Assist with Property & Commercial transactions and Wills & Estates matters, including the preparation and coordination of relevant legal documentation.
- Support the wider practice through overflow assistance across other areas, as well as general administration, billing, and accounts-related tasks as required.
About You
- You will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Senior Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, with legal sector experience highly regarded.
- You will possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- You will be a proactive, client-focused professional who can work independently, contribute positively to a team environment, and confidently use Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
