The Role
- Manage a diverse family law practice including divorce, property settlements, parenting matters, spousal maintenance, child support and family law litigation.
- Advise clients on financial agreements, negotiate outcomes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution, and assist with complex parenting disputes.
- Build trusted client relationships while working closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative team environment.
About You
- You will ideally have 7-8 years' post-admission experience in Family Law, with strong experience across parenting matters, property settlements and financial agreements.
- You will ideally demonstrate well-developed advocacy, negotiation, drafting and file management skills, together with a client-focused approach.
- You will ideally bring strong professional judgment, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and an interest in ongoing professional development and business development activities.
