- Advise and act on disputes and litigation across technology and media law, including defamation, privacy, consumer law, advertising and online intermediary liability matters.
- Work closely with partners on complex litigation while also contributing to client management, business development and strategic advice.
- Mentor junior lawyers and actively participate in the continued growth and profile of the practice.
- You will ideally have 6–8 years’ post-admission experience in technology and/or media law, with a strong litigation background.
- You will bring sound experience in areas such as defamation, privacy, consumer law or regulated advertising, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be collaborative, commercially minded and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and develop deep understanding of client industries.
