- Advise on front-end construction and infrastructure development matters, including contract drafting, negotiation and project delivery support.
- Work across all stages of project development, from contract preparation and structuring through to claims management and resolution during delivery.
- Act for a diverse client base including government, energy, resources, mining, real estate developers and contractors on complex, high-value projects.
- You will ideally have recognised front-end projects and/or construction experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment.
- You will bring strong drafting expertise across construction and O&M arrangements, with excellent analytical skills and a commercial approach.
- You will be collaborative, client-focused and enthusiastic about contributing to business development and broader team success.
