- Advise on a wide range of private enterprise matters including M&A, business sales, capital raisings, structuring and commercial agreements.
- Work on family-owned business matters such as succession planning, governance, estate planning, trusts and intergenerational transfers.
- Collaborate closely with partners and lawyers across practice groups to deliver practical, commercial outcomes for clients.
- You will ideally have 4–5 years’ PAE in corporate or commercial law, with experience in private enterprise or business advisory work viewed favourably.
- You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent drafting skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, pragmatic advice.
- You will enjoy working both collaboratively and autonomously, with a solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for client service.
- Exposure to high-quality private enterprise work across a diverse client base of entrepreneurs and family businesses.
