- Advise on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining, executive employment and workplace investigations.
- Draft and negotiate employment contracts, review awards, develop policies and provide specialist employment support to corporate and transactional teams.
- Work collaboratively with national employment teams while managing matters for high-profile clients and contributing to dispute resolution strategies.
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE with solid employment and industrial relations experience gained in private practice.
- You will bring strong technical ability, commercial judgement and the confidence to manage matters under pressure and to deadline.
- You will be collaborative, energetic and client-focused, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
