- Manage a diverse disputes caseload, including secured recoveries, banking litigation, insolvency and mortgage enforcement matters.
- Draft and prepare a broad range of legal documents, including court pleadings, letters of demand, settlement deeds and briefs to counsel, and appear in court as required.
- Work directly with partners on strategic, commercially focused matters while building strong client relationships and supporting junior lawyers.
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ post?admission litigation experience, with exposure to banking litigation, insolvency or recoveries viewed favourably.
- You will bring strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal ability and the confidence to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- You will be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing practice.
