The Role
  • Lead and support complex corporate, M&A and capital markets transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters.
  • Advise clients on corporate advisory, equity capital markets, joint ventures and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on the resources sector and critical minerals.
  • Manage key aspects of transactions, build client relationships and contribute to the mentoring and development of junior lawyers.
About You
  • You will ideally have Senior Associate-level experience in Corporate M&A and Capital Markets, gained within a top-tier or well-regarded commercial law firm.
  • You bring strong technical skills, commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple complex matters with confidence and attention to detail.
  • You are a collaborative lawyer with excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach and a genuine interest in mentoring junior team members.
