- Advise on front-end construction matters, including procurement processes and the drafting, review and negotiation of major construction contracts.
- Work on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across transport, energy, oil and gas, water, social infrastructure and commercial development sectors.
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners and clients to deliver timely, practical and commercially focused advice on complex projects.
- You will ideally have at least 6–12 months’ experience operating at Senior Associate level, with specific front-end construction or infrastructure experience.
- You will bring strong drafting skills, sound academic credentials and the ability to provide clear, commercially astute advice.
- You will be a proactive, resilient and client-focused lawyer who enjoys working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
- Exposure to some of the most significant construction and infrastructure projects in Australia.
