The Role
- Advise First Nations organisations on governance and compliance, corporate structuring, charity law, commercial contracts, and transactional matters.
- Work closely with a diverse client base including prescribed bodies corporate, Aboriginal community?controlled organisations, trusts, Aboriginal businesses, and government bodies.
- Partner proactively with clients, including presenting to stakeholder groups and attending regional and on Country meetings as required.
About You
- You will ideally have at least 6 years’ post?admission experience in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrated expertise in Aboriginal corporations and trusts.
- You bring strong technical knowledge, drafting capability, and organisational skills, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You are collaborative, client?focused, culturally respectful, and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of your team and clients.
