- Deliver cradle-to-grave advice on major project development, including land access, approvals, environmental compliance, native title and cultural heritage matters.
- Support clients on a mix of front-end, transactional and contentious work, including M&A, project finance, procurement, enforcement actions and regulatory challenges.
- Work closely with a leading partner and a national, cross-practice team, while building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- You will ideally hold an Australian or New Zealand practising certificate with experience in environment and planning, land access, regulatory approvals, native title and/or cultural heritage law.
- You will bring strong academics, excellent legal skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage complex matters under tight timeframes.
- You will be proactive, collaborative and keen to learn, with curiosity around innovation, AI and emerging technologies.
