We are looking for a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of PAE in technology and/or media law with a strong background in litigation. Sound experience in defamation, privacy and consumer law issues, including regulated advertising, is considered favourably.
In this position, you will work closely with experienced partners, focusing on providing advice and handling disputes and litigation on a range of technology and media matters, including online intermediary liability, jurisdiction, defamation, competition and consumer law, intellectual property infringement, advertising and elections.
You will also be actively involved in business development, client management, and mentoring junior staff, in addition to providing legal advice.
