About the Firm

The Role
  • Advise on major energy, resources and infrastructure projects and transactions, including mining, oil and gas and renewables matters.
  • Work across the full project lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to operations and divestment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior practitioners on complex corporate, regulatory and project development matters.
About You
  • You will ideally have five or more years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent) within energy, resources, infrastructure or a closely related practice.
  • You bring a strong understanding of Australian mining and oil and gas regulatory frameworks, with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • You are a collaborative team player with the capacity and motivation to work on technically challenging, high-profile matters and build trusted client relationships.
