- Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets matters and corporate advisory work.
- Assist clients on complex strategic transactions across a diverse national and international client base.
- Work closely with experienced corporate practitioners on high-profile matters spanning both public and private sector clients.
- You will ideally have 2–3 years' post-promotion experience within a corporate practice at a top-tier law firm.
- You bring demonstrated experience in M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Advisory and FIRB-related matters.
- You are a commercially minded and collaborative lawyer with strong technical skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
