- Advise domestic and international clients on private and public M&A, equity capital markets transactions and strategic corporate advisory matters.
- Support clients on corporate governance, ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act compliance and foreign investment regulation.
- Work closely with partners and a national Corporate/M&A team, contributing to transaction execution, client relationships and practice growth.
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to M&A, ECM and corporate advisory work.
- You will bring strong commercial judgement, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
- You will enjoy mentoring junior lawyers, building client relationships and contributing proactively within a collaborative, high-performing team.
