The Role
- Manage a broad range of family law matters, including complex parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and Family Court proceedings.
- Provide strategic legal advice, represent clients in negotiations, mediation and litigation, and oversee matters from commencement through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives and supporting junior team members where appropriate.
About You
- You will ideally have significant post-admission experience in Family Law, with the ability to manage complex matters autonomously and deliver outstanding client service.
- You will ideally demonstrate strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting and client relationship management skills, together with sound commercial judgment.
- You will ideally be a collaborative and proactive practitioner with a commitment to professional excellence, continuous learning and team success.
