The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing reception duties, calls, and in-person enquiries while maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
- Provide administrative support across the firm, including mail management, document handling, internal communications, and ad hoc projects
- Assist the Finance Manager and team with accounts administration, facilities coordination, event support, and general office operations
About You
- You will ideally have strong client service skills with a professional and approachable communication style
- You will be organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a positive attitude
- You will be a proactive team player with sound Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to support across multiple functions
