The ideal candidate will have experience with general commercial property matters including but not limited to:
- commercial and industrial acquisitions and sales;
- residential and mixed-use developments;
- sale of land and business assets; and
- commercial and retail leasing.
Having said that, for less experienced candidates, you will have a genuine desire to practice in commercial property/ real estate and be involved in interesting and complex matters.
This candidate must also have:
- well-developed drafting and verbal and written communication skills;
- excellent attention to detail; and
- a proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
