Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice / Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational, people and strategic functions of a growing accounting practice. Working closely with the Directors, this leadership role offers broad responsibility across operations, reporting, systems, projects and team development.

The Role
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, overseeing administration functions, internal support staff, systems and technology initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly Board packs, management reports and productivity reporting, while monitoring operational performance and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Drive people and culture initiatives, manage HR and performance review processes, and coordinate firm-wide projects and business improvement initiatives.


About You

  • You will ideally be CPA qualified and bring at least 10 years’ experience within public practice accounting, together with experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
  • You will have strong operational, analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience producing management reports, KPI reporting and implementing process improvements.
  • You will be a collaborative and people-focused leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
