The Role
- Managing residential, commercial, industrial and strata title conveyancing settlements end to end, including contracts, settlement statements and PEXA transactions.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, brokers and colleagues to coordinate settlements and documentation.
- Assisting with general commercial, commercial litigation, deceased estates, off-the-plan and complex strata matters, including searches and lodgements.
About You
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience in conveyancing and settlements with confidence managing files autonomously.
- You are fluent with PEXA and have a solid understanding of conveyancing and settlement systems, with FilePro or Actionstep experience viewed favourably.
- You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
