Introduction
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal administrative professional or paralegal to join a high-performing Recovery and Restructuring team. This role offers hands-on responsibility managing a portfolio of matters within a fast-paced, globally recognised firm.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of secured and unsecured recovery matters from initiation through to completion, acting for major banks and non-bank lenders
- Prepare and issue legal documentation including statutory notices and court documents, and assist with progressing matters through the courts
- Act as a key client contact, managing communications via online systems and liaising directly with customers to resolve sensitive financial matters
About You
- You will ideally have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive matters in a professional manner
- Previous experience in recoveries is desirable, though not essential; candidates must be motivated, resilient and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
