You will join a high?performing innovation team, translating emerging technology into measurable productivity gains and new ways of delivering legal services.

The Role
  • Lead and support GenAI engagements, designing, testing and deploying AI?enabled solutions across core legal workflows such as drafting, review, research and knowledge management.
  • Drive end?to?end implementation of GenAI initiatives, working closely with lawyers, clients and technologists in fast?paced, accelerator?style environments.
  • Contribute to scalable innovation by developing repeatable solutions, playbooks and training that build firm?wide capability in responsible AI use.


About You

  • You will ideally have experience in legal practice, legal operations, professional services or transformation roles, with exposure to AI or legal technology initiatives.
  • You bring a strong understanding of GenAI and legal technology ecosystems, with the ability to bridge legal and technical teams to deliver practical solutions end to end.
  • You are commercially minded, proactive and curious, and comfortable working iteratively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
