The Role
- Manage the administration of client matters, including opening, maintaining, closing and archiving files.
- Assist with billing processes, document management and the day-to-day coordination of legal matters.
- Support the team in meeting competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service.
About You
- You will ideally have previous legal administration experience, including file management, billing and matter coordination, with family law experience highly regarded.
- You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organisational abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- You will be confident using legal technology and Microsoft Office applications, with eCourts portal experience viewed favourably.
