About the Firm

- Work across a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters in the energy sector, including drafting agreements, advising on regulatory frameworks and supporting negotiations.
- Assist Principals and senior lawyers on major projects involving renewables, carbon capture and storage, oil and gas, gas sales and transportation, and broader climate-related work.
- Contribute to matters spanning wholesale and retail energy markets, acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, infrastructure development and related commercial issues.
- You will ideally be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in energy, natural resources or broader commercial practice.
- You will bring strong drafting capability, excellent written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- You will enjoy learning, developing new skills and contributing positively within a boutique team environment.
- Work on challenging, high-value matters with experienced Principals and senior lawyers across diverse energy sector projects.
