About the Firm

- Manage a varied defendant workers’ compensation portfolio, including advising, drafting, advocacy and matter management.
- Work within a broad Insurance WA team across general insurance, statutory insurance, CTP, liability, professional indemnity and recoveries matters.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners while supporting a diverse mix of clients, including top Australian insurers.
- You will ideally have 2–5 years’ post-admission experience in workers’ compensation, with defendant experience preferred, but plaintiff backgrounds also welcomed.
- You will bring strong legal writing skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in this area.
- You will enjoy contributing to a team-oriented environment and building a long-term career in workers’ compensation law.
