- Advise financiers, borrowers, sponsors and government entities on a wide range of banking and finance matters.
- Work across diverse financing products including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
- Collaborate nationally on transactions spanning sectors such as energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure.
- You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PQE with transactional experience gained at a reputable commercial law firm.
- You will bring strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to manage matters both independently and as part of a team.
- You will be commercially minded, collaborative and motivated to build a long-term career in banking and finance.
