- Advise on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment law, industrial relations, work health and safety and anti-discrimination issues.
- Act on varied and complex work such as industrial disputes, restructuring, compliance and regulatory matters, underpayments and litigation across courts and tribunals.
- Work closely with partners and clients to deliver strategic, practical and commercially focused solutions across diverse industries.
- You will ideally have proven experience advising on employment and industrial relations matters, with WHS experience viewed favourably but not essential.
- You will bring strong drafting skills, excellent communication ability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- You will be self-motivated, highly organised and client-focused, with a genuine interest in developing your skills and building trusted client relationships.
