- Act on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including commercial building, infrastructure, engineering, residential development and insolvency disputes.
- Progress litigation matters from commencement to resolution, including drafting pleadings and evidence, preparing advice and briefing counsel.
- Appear at hearings and interlocutory applications while managing your own files with supportive partner supervision.
- You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PQE with experience in commercial litigation or back-end construction disputes.
- You will bring strong research and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- You will be collaborative, client-focused and motivated to build specialist expertise in construction litigation.
