- Play an active role in a major class action, with early involvement across witness and claimant interviews, coordination of litigants and trial preparation.
- Gain end-to-end exposure to complex disputes as the matter progresses toward trial over the coming years.
- Work closely within a small, supportive team on one of the firm’s most significant ongoing matters.
- You will ideally have 0–2 years’ PQE in disputes or litigation, with Australian or overseas qualifications welcomed.
- You will bring prior exposure to disputes or investigations, with shipping or class action experience viewed as an advantage but not essential.
- You will be organised, adaptable and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in complex, large-scale litigation.
