The Role
- Manage and run a varied file load of defendant workers’ compensation and public liability matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- Work closely with senior practitioners on interesting and challenging insurance matters.
- Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior lawyers while contributing to client relationship development.
About You
- You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience, including meaningful defendant workers’ compensation and public liability experience.
- You bring strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, building client relationships and working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
