An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Family Lawyers to join a busy and established family law practice, with vacancies available in both Midland and Mandurah. These roles are ideally suited to practitioners who can confidently step into a caseload, manage matters independently, and provide high-quality service to clients from day one.

The Role
- Manage a broad range of family law matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, de facto relationship matters, and family violence matters.
- Conduct negotiations, mediations, dispute resolution processes, and Family Court litigation.
- Take ownership of files from commencement through to resolution with minimal supervision.
About You
- You will ideally have 5+ years' PAE with a strong focus on family law and the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- You will ideally have experience appearing in the Family Court, together with strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- You will ideally be client-focused, proactive, and capable of hitting the ground running with minimal training or supervision.
