The Role
- Manage a varied family law caseload including complex property settlements, financial agreements, parenting matters and dispute resolution.
- Work closely with commercial, tax and litigation teams on matters involving business structures, trusts, insolvency, succession planning and interrelated disputes.
- Contribute to the growth of the family law practice, with direct client engagement and involvement in strategic, high-value matters.
About You
- You will ideally have approximately 3–6 years’ PAE in family law, with strong technical, drafting and matter management skills.
- You will bring sound judgment, a commercially focused mindset and the ability to support clients through sensitive and complex situations.
- You will demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams.
