The Role
- Manage a diverse caseload across parenting, property and financial disputes
- Work closely with senior practitioners on complex matters with increasing autonomy
- Draft court documents, agreements and consent orders
- Appear at mediations and assist with court proceedings
- Liaise with counsel, experts and clients to progress matters effectively
- Build strong client relationships and provide clear, practical and empathetic advice
About You
- 3+ years’ PAE in family law with solid experience in parenting and property matters
- Strong communication, drafting and client management skills
- Proactive, resilient and able to manage sensitive matters and competing priorities
