As an Executive Assistant in their Corporate Advisory team, you will play a vital role in supporting a senior partner and a talented group of lawyers. Required Skills:- Minimum of three years’ experience as an executive assistant, legal secretary, or relevant administrative role within a legal or corporate setting
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in billing, documentation, and proofreading
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Confidence in handling diary and email management for senior executives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new systems
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within legal practice management and e-filing systems
- Familiarity with legal billing processes
- Exposure to corporate transactions, regulatory environments sectors
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least three years’ practical experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a law firm or similar professional services environment
- Demonstrated capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
