As an Executive Assistant in their Corporate Advisory team, you will play a vital role in supporting a senior partner and a talented group of lawyers. You'll be at the forefront of high-stakes deals, regulatory work, and innovative digital projects, ensuring our team functions smoothly and efficiently. Required Skills:
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as an executive assistant, legal secretary, or relevant administrative role within a legal or corporate setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in billing, documentation, and proofreading
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Confidence in handling diary and email management for senior executives
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new systems
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working within legal practice management and e-filing systems
  • Familiarity with legal billing processes
  • Exposure to corporate transactions, regulatory environments sectors

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least three years’ practical experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a law firm or similar professional services environment
  • Demonstrated capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
