- Advise clients on construction and infrastructure disputes across sectors including transport, social infrastructure, renewables, residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare advice, evidence and submissions for adjudications, expert determinations, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Manage day-to-day conduct of disputes, including working with counsel, technical experts and, where appropriate, supervising junior team members.
- You will ideally have 2–4 years’ PAE in construction, infrastructure or litigation, with experience in project delivery, back-end construction or complex disputes.
- You bring strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others, building technical expertise and developing long-term client relationships.
