The Role
- Advising on a broad mix of front-end and back-end construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation across Australian Standard contracts, bespoke, Egineering, Procurement, Construction and Design and Construction arrangements.
- Providing guidance on project risk, procurement and delivery strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing dispute resolution processes including adjudications, mediations and litigation
About You
- You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in construction, projects or infrastructure law
- You will bring strong drafting, analytical skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
- You will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively across complex matters
