The Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate agreements and transactional documents, including business and share sales
- Advising clients on property, company and personal asset matters, including land dealings, company structures, lending and security
- Managing client matters end to end and providing commercially focused advice to resolve issues and support business objectives
About You
- You will ideally have 3+ years’ post-admission experience and be admitted to practise in Western Australia
- You will bring strong experience in commercial law, with the ability to manage multiple matters and provide tailored legal advice
- You will have well-developed analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence working directly with clients
