The Role
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including contract drafting, negotiation and strategic commercial advice.
- Assist with corporate transactions, business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and governance matters.
- Work closely with clients on procurement, supply, consultancy and technology agreements while managing commercial risk and transactional outcomes.
About You
- You will ideally have 3-5 years' post-admission experience in commercial law gained within a private practice environment.
- You will bring strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills, together with a practical and solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
- You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective client relationships.
