The Role
Working closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners, you will handle a diverse range of commercial and corporate matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising SMEs and larger corporates on transactional and advisory matters
- Supporting business sales and acquisitions (M&A)
- Assisting with corporate governance and compliance
- Advising clients across sectors such as resources, technology, professional services, agriculture, and manufacturing

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in commercial law, corporate transactions, or commercial advisory
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- A commercial mindset with a focus on practical client outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team
Exposure to M&A, IP/commercialisation, corporate structuring, or work within the resources sector will be an advantage.
