- Advise government, public and private clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including capital transactions, leasing, development and investment structures.
- Work nationally as part of a collaborative real estate practice acting for REITs, property developers, infrastructure managers and financiers.
- Take on significant responsibility on challenging matters while contributing to strategic, commercially focused outcomes.
- You will ideally have 4+ years’ PQE with strong experience in real property and commercial real estate transactions gained at a reputable law firm.
- You will bring well-developed technical skills, strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement.
- You will be collaborative, client-focused and motivated to contribute to a high-performing national practice.
