- Advise on high-profile corporate, project development and regulatory matters within the mining, oil and gas sectors.
- Work on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures for leading domestic and international clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior practitioners on some of the most interesting energy and resources transactions in the market.
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ post-admission experience in energy, natural resources, corporate or a closely related practice area.
- You bring strong technical skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in the energy and resources sector.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and are motivated to learn from and contribute to a high-performing national team.
