We’re seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Corporate Advisory team in Perth. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on significant, strategic, and complex corporate transactions across both public and private sectors, providing commercially focused advice on matters that shape the market.
What You’ll Do
You’ll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and foreign investment. This role offers exposure to high-profile deals and the chance to work alongside leading professionals in a collaborative, high-performing team.
- 2+ years PQE with experience in corporate transactions
- Background in a top-tier or mid-tier firm
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Knowledge of M&A, corporate advisory, ECM, and/or FIRB
