- Advise on complex corporate matters, including M&A, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB-related work.
- Work with senior lawyers on significant transactions, providing commercially focused advice backed by strong legal analysis and strategic insight.
- Draft and review key transactional documents while operating both independently and as an integral part of a collegiate team.
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ PQE gained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm, with exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
- You will bring strong drafting skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- You will have experience or interest in M&A, corporate advisory, ECM and/or FIRB matters, with candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions welcomed.
