A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Advisory / M&A Lawyer to join a high-performing team involved in some of Australia’s most complex and high-value corporate transactions. The Opportunity

This position sits within a market-leading Corporate Advisory team known for advising on significant public and private M&A, private capital transactions, and equity capital markets matters for major domestic and international clients. The work spans a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer markets, energy, infrastructure and financial services.

You’ll work closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to landmark matters and contributing meaningfully from day one. The environment is dynamic, progressive and strongly focused on professional growth.
